Never rush...timing is everything.

When things go bad, especially with regards to relationships, it is so easy to fall into the trap of looking for a quick fix. To make the hurt go away, you want something or someone to suddenly jump into the picture and make you feel loved and desirable once again. This should never be the case. And then you find yourself in yet another 'ugly' relationship again. And the cycle continues.

A new relationship or a quick fix never really solves the problem. Well it might ease the pain for a minute but you'll end up back at square one again. You need to go back to the drawing board and figure out what it is that went wrong the first time. Once you are able to work this out, only then can you be successful in subsequent ones.

Timing is everything. Patience is truly a virtue. God is never too late and never too early either. He knows what you need and just when you need it. Do not be in such a hurry that you end up overriding God's plans for your life. There is a reason why He is making you wait, you may not see it now but surely, it would manifest later.

Solomon says in Song of Songs 2:7;

 

'' I adjure you, O Daughters of Jerusalem, by the Gazelles or the Does of the field, that you not stir up or awaken love until it pleases''
